About me
I am a Professor of Computer Science at Bar Ilan University. Prior to joining Bar Ilan University I was a Senior Principal Researcher at Microsoft Research and an Associate Research Fellow at the Technion, Israel. Before then I was with Yahoo Research, the Machine Learning group at IBM Research Haifa Lab, and Rafael. I did my M.A. and Ph.D. at the Technion. The focus of my work is on using Internet data to improve health and medicine by applying tools from Machine Learning and Information Retrieval.
